ORDER INFORMATION & HELP
All prices listed on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars. Prior to submitting an order, please review for complete accuracy. In the event your order was placed incorrectly, you may contact Customer Service at (212)-213-3822 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do our best to ship complete orders, however, if we are unable to ship a complete order we will notify you within two business days. You will not be charged for out of stock merchandise placed through an order.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Tutu Couture ships domestically within the contiguous United States via UPS. Upon completion of an order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that will include your tracking number once it leaves our distribution center. Orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, Military Addresses, and outlying U.S. Territories will be shipped via USPS. Additionally, we cannot accommodate expedited shipping to addresses in these locations.
Please note that orders ship within 5 business days upon order placement. Orders placed during weekends will be shipped on the following Monday.
Address changes may be accommodated prior to your order being shipped from our distribution center. Please contact Customer Service at (212)-213-3822 or email@example.com for any order modification inquires. Please note, we cannot change or reroute orders once the package has left our facilities. Please review all orders prior to submitting and provide a suitable address for delivery.
Any order cancellations may be made prior to your order being shipped from our distribution center. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at (212)-213-3822 or firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not yet left our facilities, it can be cancelled and you will not be charged. If your order has already left our facilities, it cannot be cancelled.
Tutu Couture will gladly accept returns of original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free merchandise within 60 days of shipment date. Please note sale merchandise is final sale. Returned merchandise must have all original tags attached and your return package must include your completed packing slip. All returned merchandise will be inspected before a refund is issued to your original payment method. Please note that your original shipping charge is non-refundable.
To return an item, please use the prepaid return shipping label provided to you by Tutu Couture.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we’d be happy to help you. If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase for a refund but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected.
